1. Eligibility

2. User Accounts

• You may create an account on the Platform (“Account”) to apply for jobs or post job openings.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.
• You agree to notify SamantusJob immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.

3. Job Postings

• Employers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all job postings listed on the Platform.
• Job postings must not be discriminatory or offensive.
• SamantusJob reserves the right to remove any job posting that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate.

4. User Content

• You are responsible for all content you submit to the Platform, including resumes, cover letters, and job postings (“User Content”).
• You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit such User Content to the Platform and that the User Content does not violate any third-party rights.
• You grant SamantusJob a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content on the Platform.

5. Use of the Platform

• You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You agree not to use the Platform to:
  
  • Post any content that is illegal, discriminatory, offensive, or hateful.
  • Harm or threaten others.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Platform.
  • Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent.

6. Disclaimer

The Platform and all content and information provided herein are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SamantusJob makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content or information provided on the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

SamantusJob will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

SamantusJob may terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration will be held in Mumbai, India.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SamantusJob with respect to your use of the Platform.

12. Amendment

SamantusJob reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
