We are looking for a talented IT Specialist to join our dynamic team to support our technology infrastructure, streamline recruitment operations, and ensure the smooth functioning of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure Management:
– Maintain and troubleshoot company hardware, software, and network systems.
– Ensure optimal functionality of servers, databases, and recruitment platforms.
– Implement data security measures to safeguard sensitive recruitment data.
2. Support Recruitment Technology:
– Manage and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
– Ensure seamless integration of recruitment platforms with internal systems.
– Provide technical support for recruitment software used by the team.
3. Web & Digital Support:
– Maintain and update the company website, ensuring uptime and performance.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to support recruitment campaigns, including job postings and digital ads.
4. Process Automation:
– Identify opportunities for automating repetitive tasks in the recruitment lifecycle.
– Develop and implement workflows to improve candidate sourcing, communication, and data management efficiency.
5. Cybersecurity:
– Monitor systems for security vulnerabilities and threats.
– Train staff on best practices for maintaining cybersecurity.
6. IT Support & Troubleshooting:
– Provide first-line support to employees for IT-related issues.
– Document and resolve technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime.
7. Data Management:
– Ensure proper backup and recovery systems are in place for all company data.
– Manage databases for client and candidate information with accuracy and confidentiality.
#Qualifications & Skills
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
– Experience:
– Minimum of 2-3 years in an IT support or specialist role, preferably in a recruitment or HR environment.
– Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and other recruitment-related tools.
– Technical Skills:
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and database management.
– Knowledge of network systems, cloud platforms, and data security protocols.
– Basic web development and troubleshooting skills.
– Soft Skills:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
