Job Details

We are seeking Digital Marketing Associates to work on a project-by-project basis. You
will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies for various intech and edtech clients. The duration of each project will vary from 1 week to 2
months, depending on the budget and scope of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement digital marketing
strategies, including but not limited to Google Ads, social media advertising, SEO,
content marketing, and email marketing.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with the account manager to understand the
client’s needs, goals, and target audience.
Optimisation: Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI, adjusting
tactics based on performance data.
Budget Management: Ensure that the project stays within budget, and all expenses
related to Google Ads, social media ads, etc., will be provided by ThinkAcademies
upfront.
Reporting & Analytics: Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and present
results to the client with actionable insights.
Project Management: Meet deadlines and deliverables within the specified time
frame (1 week to 2 months depending on the project).
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing, especially in Google Ads, social media
advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), SEO, and content marketing.
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEM-rush, etc.) for tracking and
optimising campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your time effectively.
A background in fintech or ed-tech industries is a plus but not required.

A typical project duration can range from 1 week to 2 months depending on the
scope and budget.

A 2-week project for a fintech client focusing on Google Ads and social media
marketing.
Payment: 23,500 – 42,000 ( In-hand,Based on the scope of work and campaign
objectives).
