Job Description
We are looking for a creative, motivated, and analytical Digital Marketing Executive with at least 6 month experience in Digital Marketing of even freshers can also apply . The ideal candidate should be skilled in social media management, ad campaign execution, content creation, and lead generation. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining Rcare’s online presence and creating impactful campaigns that connect with students aspiring to study in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
-Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
-Run and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads focused on lead generation.
-Develop creative content strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
-Track campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize for better ROI.
-Improve website traffic and engagement through SEO and SEM activities.
-Manage email marketing, remarketing, and digital outreach campaigns.
-Collaborate with the counselling and creative teams for promotions, events, and video marketing.
-Stay updated with current digital trends and competitors’ strategies.
Requirements
-Minimum 6 month experience in Digital Marketing of even freshers can also apply (education sector preferred but not mandatory).
-Excellent English communication and writing skills.
-Strong understanding of social media ads, SEO, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
-Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
-Creative mindset with an eye for design and trends.
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
