Lab of Scents is a perfume manufacturing company providing end-to-end solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Finance Executive to manage our financial operations and ensure smooth accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets for management review.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Reconcile bank statements and oversee cash flow management.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns, GST filings, and other regulatory submissions.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for cost-saving and optimization.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and support decision-making processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Proven experience as a finance or accounts executive, with knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Good communication skills to interact with team members and vendors.
