**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Crossroads. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our clients. Your primary duties will include:
– Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
– Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs.
– Presenting and promoting our packages to increase sales. Our services primarily involve providing mechanics for vehicle breakdowns, ensuring customers receive timely assistance.
– Achieving sales targets and contributing to overall team performance.
**Salary:**
– **Base Salary:** ₹11,000 to ₹12,000 per month
– **Incentives:** Additional performance-based incentives available.
**Requirements:**
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
